The staff named Lisa was really rude - was standing there for a good ten minutes while waiting for her to finish chatting with her colleague, and her attitude was not even good. If you hate talking to customers either work in the back end so you don't have to talk to actual humans or change a job. The other staff who was serving us at the desk was really nice though.

A very well set out store with a great atmosphere and plenty of super specials.

I had been to the store twice that day and returned at 5:10 not too far from closing to make my decision on a jacket. After still deliberating, my partner and I were approached by a staff member who was so incredibly helpful and provided great advice. She even found some alternative options to help me compare. Best experience at a mainstream store I’ve had in a long time.

Ok, can't go past a Katmandu store without going in to check the latest stuff. I have had clothing, equipment and all sorts of helpful bits and pieces that never wear out. So, yes i bought a very helpful jacket. Everything they have is helpful, seriously. Service was good and I love the discounts. Always walk out inspired to head out into the wilds and discover my inner walking warrior.
