bought some Blundstone's at the shop, great shoes. Would never go back there again, I've never seen something more grumpy and rude in my whole life. She needs a courtesy and life motivation course. poor attitude and service, thanks for nothing.
In response to Sirena this shop in Hobart is not affiliated with the online store. They have been around a lot longer than online shopping: perhaps you should have checked this first before posting your review. This is what the man didn’t know. I’ve been buying my chefs uniforms here for 20 years and their service and quality is fantastic.
If I could give 0 stars to the rude, bald creep that operates this store I would. The worst service I have received in Australia in my whole life. If this guy was the only person selling kidneys in Hobart and I needed one in order to survive I would sooner die than put myself in a position where I owed him thanks.

Received horrible service today. The store owner was lovely, but let one of his sales people bully me to the point that he made me cry. Had placed an order for a pair of Blundstones over a month ago. Called several times to follow up on the order, never received a returned call, so decided to walk into the store. The exact boots we had ordered were sitting on the floor. I made this known to the owner, and he approached a sales person who then berated me, and told me that I was a liar said, "I have been working here for over 20 years, so I know that you are lying". I purchased the boots, because I didn't want the owner to miss out on a sale because of his revolting employee, but I will never be walking back into this store. Such a shame, as I try to support local business as much as possible.
Great Service and very knowledgable staff. Recently went into tradewear to purchase some womens workwear, the staff kindly let me know that they didnt do womens workwear as such but kindly reccommended another store their competition which was very helpful. ended up walking out with a pair of blundstones and a ladies flannie which i didnt rerally need : Great banter by the two older gentlemen as well. felt really welcoming.
Great selection of flannelette shirts. Unseasonably cold weather in early February in Hobart left me cold on a quick visit to Tasmania and I discovered all major stores like , Big W, and Lowes without stock as they still carrying summer items. Good chat with Mark who left us in peace to choose a shirt.
Extremely helpful staff and I now have the most comfortable boots Ive ever worn. Would give six stars if I could!
Showed up at 4:55 supposed to be open till 5pm but was already shut, bought a shirt at another shop.
Brilliant service with knowledgeable staff. A huge range of Blundstone and most of them cheaper than other stores online.
