Overall experience was v/goodnOn arrival was met by service team Jonah & other lady who's name escapes me. Very efficient and friendly. Was contacted shortly afterwards to inform me that wiper blades needed relacement and could be done for $60 today. Thought that was a bit expensive but agreed & impressed that I was contacted. Issues with air box sortednOverall a positive experience thankyou

I have no idea about the quality of the cars, but my experience just trying to call about a car ... felt like I was trying to call a really poorly run government agency. I sent a text message and instead of a response to my question, they sent me a number to call. I called that number and got a long list of menu options with the last one being enquiries about car sales. I was patched through to another system before someone answered. I asked about the vehicle, and she said she wasn't in the sales department, she'd have to pass me through. I gave up at that point ...because if they can't even figure out how to sell cars, if I have issues with a car I buy from them... there's no way they will solve the problem easily.
Had my Audi Q7 service done here. Very courteous service and staff done with minimal wait time with the benefit of a comfy waiting area and a great Nespresso coffee! No surprises on my bill either! I will be back!nThankyou Big Garage Bairnsdale
