Our caravan sales centre, situated at 603 Main St, Bairnsdale , carries a huge range of New Age Caravans, second hand caravans and consignment caravans, offering you lots of options as well as an extensive range of parts and accessories. Trade INS are welcome and flexible finance can be arranged by our friendly Sales team for you.

We specialise in caravan repairs and servicing along with insurance work, which is carried out at our service centre on the corner of Forge Creek Road and Bosworth Road, Bairnsdale. If you are looking to buy a new caravan and you are not sure where you should start. This is the place to go. Phil the sales person was fantastic, he showed us a van that was perfectly suited to our requirements and when we said we needed to think about it, there was no pressure like a car yard, he didn’t even give us a nagging call during the next week. We went back a week later and purchased the van and they said it would be ready in a couple of weeks, and it was. The 2 hour hand over with Phil and Fran was awesome, between them they covered everything related to the van and made us feel extremely confident to drive away. They even levelled the van inc supplying a new towball neck at no charge. Fran showed me how to set my car up in towing mode, because I had no idea. The guy who levelled the van and showed us how to work the awning was great as well  sorry I forgot your name. Couldn’t be happier with this company. If I didn’t have a boat, I would go back and buy one from them. Thanks to you all , Ian and Lee

Brad and the team at Gippsland Rv and Marine are fantastic!  We were travelling through Victoria and had an issue with our Truma hot water service. We called Gippsland RV as we were passing through, Brad identified the problem and replaced the hot water element and had us on the road again in a couple of hours. Their customer service team were excellent to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend Brad and the Gippsland RV and Marine team.

Brad and his team got me out of a significant 240v electrical problem in my caravan. They even came to see me, which they don't normally do. Exceptional service. Thankyou.

Had our New Age Manta Ray now for nearly 2 years ,had a couple warranty issues that where handled promptly. Very happy with there after service.

I recently purchased my second hand New Age Big Red 20' from Phil and the team at GRV&M, this is our first van and right from the start, Fran, Brad and Phil made I and my wife feel relaxed and confident with the prospect of towing a van, I had so many questions but Phil knows his stuff and gave me lots of tips, he is very patient and walked me through everything. We had a small hiccup with a misunderstanding of an inclusion but true to their form, without hesitation they came to the party. Right from our first meeting to the pickup, they are absolute professionals and very customer focused, this is the place for your next van!!nnPS: This 7 year old van looks and feels new, a credit to the previous owner and a credit to how well maintained it was via the service team headed up by Brad
