We had a problem with our Toyota Fortuner, due to a problem with our Pedders shocks. Jake was really helpful with assisting us with this difficult situation, when Pedders were closed for Xmas. He rectified the problem and dealt with Pedders Head Office with regard to the payment. He followed up by giving Pedders a full rundown of what Toyota did and what needed to be done for a a comprehensive repair. We are very appreciative of his efforts. Regards Rob G

Trust When I say the Team @ Dwyers Toyota will definitely look after you, Genuine people who are passionate in ensuring you walk away absolutely satisfied. Big shout out to Mick Gilhooley, This bloke is an absolute legend, when he say's he'll look after you he means it!! I've bought plenty of cars and Mick has got to be the best by far in terms of professionalism, communication and service. He'll definitely go out of his way even after hours to answer any and all questions on your mind furthermore he will keep you up to date in regards to the delivery of your car send pics etc. Another shout out to Trent another great bloke very friendly, easily approachable, ensures you get a great deal. After getting the run around from city dealers I put a call out to a regional dealer in 2015. Dwyers gave me an excellent price for a new vehicle and a great trade also. I've just gone back to Dwyers again for another vehicle and received the same customer service and great deal. Kudos to the Sales Manager, Mick Ross, for his superior customer service - it's a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who keeps you up to date and returns phone calls. Karen also looked after me regarding post sale extras. Keep up the great work folks!
BEST SERVICE!!!! I purchased a new car off Trent and was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to explain things about cars to me in a way I understood. Being a female purchaser, I was always worried about buying a car without knowing much. Trent talked me through the whole process and didn't pressure me into anything. He was honest and trustworthy and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Trent. On a side note, Simone in finance knows her stuff! She offered different loan options and was able to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The whole team at Dwyers are fantastic, I would definitely recommend Trent and Simone for your future car needs!
