Brad sorted out my two problems plus 3 more that I turned up with on my Campervan.  Repair price was a lovely surprise.  All staff were friendly and informative.  Had a lot of fun buying stuff in the caravan shop.  Very impressed with this company

We have just collected our Van from the service department after water damage repairs were carried out. Not a New Age van  I can’t recommend this company highly enough.  Their communication was excellent keeping us informed of the progress.  The quality of the repair work was exceptional. We towed our Van to Bairnsdale from Warragul and could not be happier. We picked up our New Age caravan from Bairnsdale a few weeks ago after ordering it last year. The team were absolutely amazing to deal with and a big special thanks to Fran and Phil. They make you feel like your family.  Always kept up to date even with delays and no hesitations in answering our hundreds on questions along the way.  Handover went very smoothly and we were not rushed at all. We were also able to hang around at the dealership post handover to allow us to set up inside the van so we didn’t have to stress about doing this at our first caravan park that night.  We live in Melbourne but after reading reviews about how great the service is from the Bairnsdale team, we did the drive out and was not disappointed.  Currently out on a trip on our new van and loving it!!

Customer focussed. Trying hard to deliver good outcomes in a problematic industry. 1st service was satisfactory and I would recommend them based on general observations in social media and our direct experience.

The guys in the service department did an excellent repair to storm damage on our Cell caravan. Highly professional and would certainly recommend them.

Purchased a Manta Ray new from the previous owner with excellent service. The new owner has kept the same staff and quality service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had a service and cannot fault the help from the polite and caring, Josh. The best New Age dealer in the country.

I brought a Manta Ray 18Ft Limited Edition last week and would like to thank Steve, Fran, Josh and the service team for all their help. The customer service was fantastic and they made sure I understood everything about the caravan. Had a little problem with some wiring and was fixed up by the service team with no problems. I live two hours away from Bairnsdale, but it was definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend anyone wishing to buy a caravan go and visit New Age Caravan Bairnsdale you won’t be disappointed of the quality of the Caravan's, but the customer service just topped it off. One again thank you.

These guys are great. Old fashioned service. Had a weight distribution hitch fitted and got given so many other tips and recommendations at the same time. These were true recommendations, not just pushing for extra business.  Would happily drive out of our way to get van serviced here in the future.

Good staff. Plenty of spares ,ok prices.
