I've been a member of The Bar for a few months now and my health and fitness has changed dramatically in that time! I've progressed from maybe going to the gym once per week, to going several times a week, and upgrading my membership to include Personal Training, thanks to the knowledge and support of the trainers, and the wonderful community of other members. This isn't a gym you go to and put headphones in and block out the world. It's one that builds you into the family. You're greeted with a smile from the trainers, checked in on when you haven't been to sessions, and supported every step of the way, no matter your fitness level, age or gender! I'd strongly recommend The Bar. You won't be disappointed!

I started at the bar beginning of August a little skeptical about how much it would help, since starting I've lost 6kg is 2 months and I'm in the best shape that I've ever been. These guys push you hard every session, but also they've created a family atmosphere here where the trainers know everyone's name. Great business model and a great place to workout!
