I'm so thankful I found Lisa and her team at the studio.  The variety of classes keeps me entertained and they make it fun every day.  It's like having your own personal trainer but with a group of fun people who all encourage you.  It doesn't matter how fit you are as they accommodate all levels, even us more mature ladies.  I particularly love exercising in the park during the warmer months.  I feel better in myself and the results show.  There is no hard sell, just smiles and encouragement and I'm no longer just a faceless number at a gym.  Thanks ladies :)

I met Lisa and her Team a few years ago. My first visit was a shock to my system,(thought I was going to die, so unfit) I persisted with the classes Lisa had on offer and also the Body Transformation programs, quitting was not in the dictionary... I can honestly say that I couldn't have done and achieved what I have in the last couple of years without Lisa and the girls. They have been great supporters & motivators and inspire me to achieve anything I put my mind too. I have set personal goals and have had fun doing these & meeting some lovely people along the way. I feel privileged to be training in such a lovely environment, and feel welcome when I walk in and greeted with a lovely smile no matter time of day even if it is 5.30am for early PT session. Exercise is enjoyable and not a chore, so I will have no hesitation in telling anyone to join Edge Health Studio.

I have been a member at Edge Health Studio formally Boot Camp Toowoomba for about 2 years now. I originally joined because I was out and about driving thinking I really should get back into exercise as it is something I really enjoy. It just so happened I followed Lisa up James Street and took down her number and made the call to get me back on track. The friendly, family environment is something that I liked immediately. The variety of classes is great always something happening to challenge me. My PT sessions are something that I look forward to on a weekly basis. I have made great new friends and can honestly say that I do not have any problems getting out of bed at 5.10 each week day morning.  Thank you to the Edge Health Studio team for making my exercise experience a enjoyable one. Shirley

This gym is wonderful! I've been to a number of other gyms around Toowoomba and just felt like a 'number'. However, when I first started at Edge Health Studios around 2 years ago, I felt welcomed and supported. Lisa and Beth, the trainers, are excellent. They are very supportive, personable and take a genuine interest in my health and fitness. So glad I found them!

I have been going to Edge Health Studio for over a year now, the guidance I get from both Lisa and Beth is great. They help keep me on track with both my diet and fitness. The studio is a pleasure to go to and has a really great atmosphere. I would strongly recommend them for your personal training and fitness program!
