Been going here for over a year now. You won't find a gym anywhere else with as much equipment as this place. Staff and others in the gym are very respectful and serious about using the gym. If you're looking to push some serious weights this is the place to go.
Top gym, possibly the best in Northants. Everything you could possibly need. Caters for everyone, cardio , body building & strongman. Owners are friendly and will offer advice if required which many gyms won't or can't offer. Fantastic gym, and I've been to more than a few ! Also, this gym is constantly adding new equipment .

Absolutely awesome gym! Great kit! Great atmosphere! Great staff! Generally great!!! Totally flawless and it's still got more to come! All bases covered from Bodybuilding, to strongman, to crossfit, to powerlifting, to everyday gym life training and even a separate ladies area upstairs too!!! Can't wait to get back and play on more machines and toys <3
Very happy using this Gym. Everyone is so nice and friendly and help is always available when needed. Run in a very professional way. It is very carefully maintained during this difficult time. The equipment is all there for an effective work out

This is one of the best gyms in the country a massive selection of machines both plate loaded and cable plenty of cardio machines and free weights nice and clean and friendly helpful staff you will find it very difficult to find the same level of service and selection in Northamptonshire
