Great recreation center. Affordable sauna and spa. We enjoyed the heated pools! Staff are polite!
We’ve tried to take our toddler here multiple times. The kids pool heater is always broken and the water feature in the main pool is never turned on. The bathroom with a change table was so dirty. How does Toowoomba not have better facilities than this??
The staff were really helpful, the facilities are kind of old but it was fine to do laps except when it was booked out by schools.
On a visit earlier this week lifeguards had both doors to the outside pool open which made it very cold while in the pool. I understand that lifeguards need to monitor the outside pool but the doors are left open even in the middle of winter when the outside pool is closed. I constantly ask the life guards to shut one of the doors which they do .
Zero star rating..Canteen not open..Mushroom not spraying water, website says wave pool, there is no wave pool..website says waterslide...this is there but only certain times. Website does not say this...major issues tots pool sign says 29-31° we took our baby in there only to realise it was freezing and she was shivering immediately..we were then told after the fact that the heating is broken. How about put up a sign saying heating broken and the actual temperature. Massive sign says put down your phone watch your kids...Meanwhile the entire time the so called life guard is on her phone
