Dr Costello is lovely, easy to talk to and very helpful….and she runs on time which is wonderful
Really lovely experience every time I walk in. Take my little one and myself there, and everyone is so welcoming and beautiful. Reception is always kind and work tirelessly to keep up with phones and patients. Love my little ones doctors Dr Gemma Brown and Dr Rebecca Calder. Always going above and beyond to help my little one and making her feel so comfortable she just walks on in to her appointment. She is never scared, which comes down to the beautiful nature of everyone who works there. 10 out of 10.
Very disappointing.nnBooked for an appointment to have immunisation vaccine for my son. After the gp asked for series of questions about our personal details, she talked to the nurse then informed us that my son could not get vaccine today unless they will get the record from our previous gp first, even I showed them my son's immunisation history. Without doing anything, just chitchat, we were asked to pay for $87. We asked if it would be free if they get the record already, then we come back. They said no, that we need to pay for another $87 again. I could say that this clinic is all about money, not for the welfare of the patients.
I understand Saturday is more money however being charged $150 and no useful advice other than see how things go and come back Monday. Appointment ran longer due to repeating herself and then being slow at writing a referral for a dr that she did not need to waste time asking irrelevant questions. All the information was on file from yrs of previous consults with drs at the medical centre. It was frustrating that she doubts other drs knowledge and the records that other drs have on file. It was a simple task and I felt she wanted the extra money not to actually help.
