We would like to congratulate Charlie for his exceptional customer service skills and helping us with our daughters school shoes yesterday. We found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and quiet personable too. Nothing was too hard and he always had a smile on his face. I recently went into the athlete's foot to buy new pair of boots. The staff in there checked my feet, how I walked, and how I moved my feet on some fancy machine. They then used that profile to pick me a set of boots and insoles, and I have to say, as someone who has had 6 knee surgeries, the boots they have picked for me have halved my knee pain. Excellent service.

They have footwear. Their footwear. Not other footwear. Not other styles by same maker. This footwear you see. That is all. They can't just order the one you want! With their infinite wisdom they may suggest you try online, because they can't order it in, like as a service, you know.... remember those times? And you don't want to touch or check a sample did you? Preposterous!

Can not rave about the team enough.  Been there 3 times in the past couple of months and every time they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Especially today fitting netball shoes with orthotics and ankle guards. We found the perfect shoe where my daughter had no movement.  Thanks boys!! keep up the great work

Excellent service. They changed my shoes that I had bought 3 weeks ago that were giving me blisters without any issues. They took the time to refit me get the right shoe for my feet! Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name that helped me, but because of his superb service, I will definitely be shopping here for my next joggers!

I really want to give a shout out to Chrissy at Athletes Foot in the Orion Shopping Centre in Springfield Brizzy. Chrissy was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with regard to my elderly father shopping experience and his need for a specific pair of shoes .
