Why have no management working on a weekend.  I tried to order work shoes as I do every year . Told to come in and paye then thay will order . I am not driving there and back to order then there and back to pick up . Cameron was not very helpful . So thay loss a $200.00 sale . Small businesses nust be doing well if you can afford to lose sales.  We'll done.  Do not recommend at all going there. Karen

We were unhappy with the service we received at Helensvale. Went to athletes foot pacific fair. Better service and so professional. EDIT - Thank you customer service but I have already been in contact via email twice. I had no reply the second time. The first time I was informed a manager would call me which also didn't occur.
