Took a pair of expensive shoes that my dog chewed up to get fixed. I was previously told at a Mr minute they were unable to be repaired. Thought I’d get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Shoes were basically fixed to perfection. Will absolutely take all my shoe repairs here in the future. Thanks so much for your great work and service!
I’m so disappointed as I took my remote to get a battery change and was charged for a battery change when in fact the battery was not changed at all. The remote still did not work so I opened it up myself and took the so called “new battery” and put it in something I knew worked- to find that the battery was flat. I won’t be coming back for your service or recommending you any further.
Excellent job by Emma today fixing up an old lighter which is now working perfectly. She was meticulous with her work and spent a lot of time getting it right which I appreciated. I've also been here in the past and had help from Sam with a watch and some leather sandals. The staff here are very helpful and approachable.
I brought my bag to install a twist lock. He did it for free. I felt bad because He spent his time and energy on it but didn’t charge for it. He us very kind and professional. Thanks!!

I went to Robina town centre to get something engraved. BOTH places I went to said what I was asking for was to complicated but that there was a guy named Sam at Westfield Helensvale who does an amazing job at artistic engraving. So i went to him and they were both right. He did an incredible job
I can't believe he fixed my motorcycle boots, and did a great job. I rang at least a dozen "Cobblers" before finding this place and they all wrote my boots off as trash that couldn't be fixed. Thanks for the great service you all provide.
