Shout out to Caroline on the front check outs! She's an asset to your team,fantastic customer service. After very average service up the back,looking for school shoes, i was recommended going to Robina as the certain shoe we wanted wasn't available. Not wanting to drive the 50km round trip,I was going to order online. On my way out I just happened to ask Caroline how long roughly shipping takes. She was so helpful and ordered them for me through the register and I had them sent to my home within 2days!! Also while she was organising this my daughter picked a $30 water bottle So not only did she manage to keep the shoe sale in store we also purchased the water bottle

Easily found what I was looking for at a reasonable price and staff were pleasant.
This particular store can be hit & miss in regards to service. Two outstanding staff members are Christine on the front desk this lady knows everything, always friendly & helpful. Robert in shoes is very knowledgeable. I have had to edit this review to add Sandra, this lady has sensational knowledge about sporting shoes. Sandra is a runner therefore she can relate to the sport you need your shoes for. Undoubtedly the best!!

Don't get a vote for customer service from me. Asked for a Badminton net ..girl vaguely looked where I had just looked and said no I don't think we do without any offer to check. In the car I Google it and there is one in stock so go back in to buy..they almost lost $100 sale.:
Very friendly staff. They didn't have what I was afternoon in stock, but did provide a free shipping code to allow me to order it online. They also provide a kickback to your sporting club from your purchase, which is a great thing to help all those sporting clubs.
Great service. Bought a bike today! Couldn’t ask for more from the staff. They will even build it for you so you can ride out of the store
Where's the staff?!?! Where's the customer service?! There are lots of staff walking around looking busy, but not once was I approached and asked if I needed help with anything. I had to chase a staff member half way around the store for assistance. Ended up walking out with $500 worth of equipment, but it took me an hour from entry to exit to get anyone to help me find my gear. The team member I spoke to seemed a little inexperienced with some of the equipment and couldn't help with a lot of the questions, which was fine not everyone can know everything but it would've been nice if he could've asked a more experienced team member at that point. I probably could've gotten more help, customer service, or information from a staff member at Kmart if I'm being honest. The check out staff were less than pleasant too.
Awesome Staff and Service. Spoke to 4 different staff members at this store and they all were so friendly and helpful.
