Went in to get a pair of work boots . Staff were lovely, very friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable. Was a great shopping experience. In and out, quick and painless, lol. Great range of products and fair prices. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend trying these guys for all your work needs.
The staff were extremely helpful and informative, They were very patient in finding me boots for work. It was the first time I was told to walk around a store to see if the shoes were a good and comfortable fit. But it goes to show how dedicated they are to customers satisfaction.
Went there today to get me some new work boots staff were so helpful and beautiful customer service it wasn't to me but they help out a couple of other customers as well.
Staff were friendly, store was clean, there was a great variety of products.
Incredible Staff! Have been shopping with TWW Gold Coast for the last 5 years and have recommended their work to many of my family members! They provide great uniforms and do embroidery / screen printing! I have put my company logo on everything you can think of with TWW including pens, post its and shirts!
The lady who assisted me with buying boots for a mine role was very helpful. The store has a great range of work wear and is well laid out. Definitely worth checking out.

The staff are amazing here. It’s not there fault this shop never has stock. I don’t know why I keep wasting my time coming here. Been here 3 times and not once have I been able to get what I need in my size. Straight up don’t waste your time. Go to rsea
I cannot speak highly enough of the service given to me yesterday from the Oxenford and Burleigh staff of Total Workwear. Not only did staff at each store resolve my problems and acted with haste but their communications with me as a customer were A1. Friendly and efficient they were a pleasure to deal with as a customer and I cannot recommend them all highly enough. Marie
