Sitting 7 stories high The Arborist is Wellingtons most inviting garden rooftop venue, with all day sun, BBQ’s and a relaxing vibe it is a great place to catch some rays on your lunchtime break or have an after work cocktail. The Downstairs Bar & Eatery is a cosy atmosphere with an outdoor balcony looking over busy Willis Street. The Arborist focuses on fresh natural food and beverages using greenery and floral note infusion throughout the Menu.

The rooftop bar is amazing in good weather (it's up an elevator in the neighboring hotel): blankets, comfy seats, and good sun exposure. The downstairs is cozy and relaxed. Good alcohol selection and some tasty food. Certainly worth checking out! Good place for a date or catch-up with friends.

Two completely different and epic spaces in one super central location. The downstairs restaurant is really cosy and cute with all the wooden features and my niece loves the fish tank. The upstairs bar is vibrant with plants and a real backyard party vibe. The food in both places is to die for from breakfast to dinner, literally everything on the menu is amazing. But try the Halloumi chips and the jerk chicken... oh and the popcorn cauliflower. Oh my god. Drinks specials too like the alcoholic slushies on the roof and the morning Mimosa. Anyway what I'm saying is that I loved it and so will you.

The staff are really great and know their stuff. There’s regularly cheeky little drinks deals, and you cannot beat that roof bar in the sun!

Been here a couple of times, friendly staff nice little outside area downstairs, although i havent been to the rooftop area im sure its a pretty nice place :) haven't tried out everything on the menu to give a full review, but their chips were very tasty.

In the downstairs part for dinner the spicy fried chicken burger with jalapenos was the best burger I've ever had. The parfait desserts were a bit disappointing. But the rooftop bar had kitschy decor and blankets making it a little more cozy than the other rooftop bars in town.
