Ocean grove is about half an hour from geelong ; this accomodatios is a well situated clean and well presented holiday home ; we scored an incredibly affordable rate ; mind u we booked totally last minute like two hours before arriving on the front door ; we cooked an awsome bbq dinner one night had thai takeaway from down the road and third night walked like two blocks down to the beach for a nitetime picnic ; used booking dot com to locate this gem of a joint im not certain if im allowed to quote our deal but for 2adults2teens;3nights it was below 450$ upon deoarture i befriended the cleaners and they toured the other three aparmenttwo story homes ;& fair dinkum they were each more impressive ; i recommend requesting no.1 if availble thanks for reading my novel length comment lol: )cherrio!

Clean and comfortable apartment. Light and airybedrooms are upstairs and overlook the living area. The wood fire was lovely and warm on a cold winter's evening. Is walking distance to the main street and shopping strip. Great for a family of 4. Full kitchen facilities available and great shower.

Cleanliness was not to be had in this apartment! We checked out immediately upon arrival due to the filth! You could smell the dust it was that bad in there! The walls had cracks left, right and centre! Everything was dodgy and dirty! Cold and uncomfortable! The smoke detector didn't work and it just fell out of the ceiling when I checked for our own safety as it was too cold for the heater to cope and would've liked a fire but instead we ran!! Stay away!! Find somewhere else and avoid the drama we encountered!!!!!!

Pros - Quiet Location, Easy access to shops and beaches, Onsite laundry and parking, Foxtel, Good air conditioning with Fans, good sized bathroom. Cons - Bedrooms and living space all open plan so no sound privacy, Furniture and fixtures all worn, some not operational, Wifi barely works, inadequate crockery and cutlery, small bar fridge for families, No block out blinds, Complaints not adequately addressed in a timely manner.
