Alice's Palace is a sunny, relaxed and elegant holiday house 1 minute walk to patrolled main surf beach & SLSC in Ocean Grove.

Story

Alice's Palace is in Ocean Grove's golden triangle, on the beach side of the main road. It’s one of the closest properties to the SLSC & main surf beach and a short walk to shops & river.

It's sunny, relaxed and elegant, with NBN WiFi.

Beds have cotton sheets, feather pillows and doonas with linen covers, and bath towels are supplied. So you pack minimal gear and relax in luxury and style.

Everyone welcome: couples, small groups, families with kids, business travellers, and is LGBTQI friendly.

Set over 2 levels with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, and has well placed power points for laptop use.

Downstairs has two 'zones' including a media/lounge room with Bluetooth sound-bar and 55 inch TV and DVD 'library', dining room, sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

Upstairs sports 3 bedrooms with new beds and quality mattresses and mattress protectors, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the rear native bush garden. There are:
- two queen size beds
- two long single beds that can be locked together to form a king size bed
- one single bed
- one fold-up seat that can be turned onto a (futon) standard single bed (in common area upstairs) for the 8th guest, as needed.

Please let us know if you need the 2 long singles made up into a king size bed, and whether the futon/fold down seat in common area will be used, ensuring bedding is organised to suit.

Alice's Palace has a natural secluded beach-side ambiance. The communal lawn area out the front is perfect for kids to play on. There's a native garden with lots of shade trees at the rear, complete with outdoor furniture, Chiminea, and a BBQ. There is no fenced off area.

Minimum stays apply:
(2) two night minimum stay applies to most times.
(4) four night minimum stay over Easter.
(3) three night minimum stay applies to most other public holiday/long weekends.
(7) seven night minimum stay is preferred for Christmas/Jan holiday period.

Checkout is a leisurely 12.00PM midday (sharp). For stays other than peak Jan and Easter, 6.00PM checkout may be available for a nominal charge, to be organised in advance. This enables your entire holiday period/weekend to be enjoyed with no-rush and avoids exit traffic.

It's 1 hr 20 min from Melb GPO.
20 min from Geelong.
15 min from the Sorrento/Queenscliff ferry.

Please note:
- There’s no-smoking inside, on balcony or in garden areas and no pets. (Body Corporate requirements).
- Place to be left the same as you found it - tidy.
- No schoolies or parties.
