Riverside Ocean Grove is a family friendly property on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula offering:
- Motel style accommodation in one of our 17 refurbished motel suites which can accommodate 1 to 5 guests, or;

- Self-contained accommodation in two bedroom cabins which can accommodate a family of 4 or 5.

The motel suites surround our solar heated swimming pool, gardens and BBQ area. The cabins are situated on the perimeter of the property. Each room has its own private bathroom.

Riverside Ocean Grove is within one kilometre of the beautiful main beach and town centre. Or it's just a few minutes drive to the neighbouring town of Barwon Heads.

The local golf club and bowling club are both within walking distance and provide mouth-watering menus for your evening meals. Or jump in the car and explore all of what the area has to offer - world class wineries, beautiful beaches, popular surf breaks, great golf courses and fishing spots galore.

Ocean Grove is perfectly located to start (or finish) your exploration of the Great Ocean Road.

The property has a 24 hour front desk and daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.

Absolutely Pathetic Rooms, so called family room, what a joke, never seen anything as pathetic ever, your lounge is the bedroom and dining,
the kitchen is just an old cupboard with a sink and microwave, the en-suite is the bathroom and everyone must share it after they walk through your bedroom, $270 for a night for a closest with beds. I hate being conned and seriously this is nothing short of a con. I hate how these hoteliers think its okay to con people and stand there and say gee no -one else has ever complained, yeah right read the reviews, 15% of the reviews were terrible to start,  lets start at how the hotelier advertises this place, 2 bedroom family apartment recently refurbished, the photos taken with a long angle lens make the place look roomy, they look like nice rooms, what a shock to find the room all 12 ft of it, is also the lounge and dining area, rooms holds 4 , 3 chairs fit around the table , no room to eat but they fit, the other chair is in the corner as it doesn't fit , the 2 seater couch is your family lounge, not sure if these hoteliers sit on the floor usually or they just think we all should, it is advertised with an en-suite, the en-suite is the bathroom, I questioned the hotelier and he said people always ask if it has an en-suite, well technically because the bathroom is linked of the lounge which doubles as your bedroom he calls this an en-suite, the fact its the only bathroom and everyone has to go through your bedroom to go to the toilet, is remiss of the hotel owner, it is advertised as an en-suite, unlike every other place in the world he has worked the con well, he doesn't tell people its the only washroom, he lets people beleive it has an en-suite and advertises it with an en-suite , but leaves out the details such as its the only room with a toilet and shower. The second bedroom has no wardrobe, so no need to unpack,  as far as value for money, they are not worth a third of the rate. I would value this $270 room at $120 and still feel its overpriced.

We recently used this service and were happy from start to finish. Our staff often need accomodation and  we arrange this Australia wide. Riverside Ocean Grove - Polite and friendly management, efficient booking in service, receipts promptly emailed, our staff absolutely happy with the room and property and plenty of room to safely park our trucks (not seen from the road)... Very happy and I would recommend this place to friends and associates. Michael has recently taken over and my staff advised me that he delivered a 5 star service - well done! We will be back...

I book Riverside motel regularly for my elderly parents. The owners are terrific and very helpful and cant do enough for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the motel. We will continue to book it. Thank you riverside!!!
