Nice cabin, clean but needed lots more crockery for visitors and utensils to cook with. A few mozzies due to drain next to the unit running through the park. Thought it was overpriced for 2 people and 10.00 am checkout.

Third rate facilities. Lots of cabins. Not much for tents. 20mins walk from a decent beach.

I would like to ask Hollie Jones if there was not problem with her card why did she send through a different card after our conversation.

The manager was absolutely disgustingly rude on the phone. She accused me of inputting an illegitimate credit card into the booking system when in actual fact we weren't expecting the payment until 20th october as per our confirmation email. She said she had the same problem with the last 6 people. I suggested she not accuse me of being 'just like the rest' I got no apology but she said she does not think we are the 'type of people' she wants staying at her park. Absolutely shocking!!! Maybe you should still to the direct debit dates you promised on emails not 1 month before. A real shame as the place looks beautiful. Shame about customer service.
