We made a bookong. We were welcomed and sat a nice setting. The food, the drinks and service was very good.nThe staff were friendly and professional.nI ask that lemon lime and bitters not be out of a premix or a can.nRather actually made by hand with good lemonade , limes and proper bitters.

We recently celebrated Dad’s 80th birthday in June, a huge milestone, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From the start, the planning process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Heather and Nathan. They were organised, attentive, and made sure every detail was covered well in advance. On the night, Anton and Stephanie were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from managing balloon art to looking after late arrivals with professionalism and ease. The whole team was resourceful, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for function.

Sunday Roasts are happening in the bistro and restaurant for lunch and it’s worth booking. We went last weekend. The meals are big I think most people would struggle with the 3 courses. The roast today was pork with a tasty bit of crackle it was cut a bit thick for my liking but was very tasty the veges were cooked perfectly. The pumpkin and spiced apple soup was amazingly delicious I didn’t know what to expect but it was spiced perfectly it was thick, fresh and very satisfying the only thing next time I would probably ask for a dollop of yogurt or sour cream to accompany it. The desserts looked great but maybe next visit as we couldn’t eat another thing. Normal menu is also available and $7.50 schooners will be back in February so it makes for a fun day out.nif you are wanting a bowl the new roof will be on in August 25 and all the greens will be finished and open.

Went for lunch.nFood was excellent as was the service.nI had the parmigiana, wife had the prawns, both were delicious and being seniors very well priced.nWill be back for more.nThe Bowls club is now my favourite place to eat in Ocean Grove.

Having not been for a couple of years, headed down for a birthday dinner. I know cost of living has hit but the portions have really slimmed down for the cost. A hair in my son’s burger, was promptly replaced with a burger that was raining grease. Another table also took notice and quickly changed their mind on the burger. $200 for a party of 7 and needed to stop for takeaway to feel full. Pretty crap all round.
