Pet friendly holiday rental, great for families, sleeps up to 6, dogs and cats welcome, large pet friendly garden.
Pets treated like royalty at Bells - stay and sleep indoors and enjoy a fresh crunchy treat on arrival.
Self catering, living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, 2 single beds, electric blankets, reading lamps, radios, spa bath, gas log fire, wide screen televisions, DVD, video and ceiling fans.

Linen and towels for hire, or bring your own. Laundry with front load washer and outdoor clothes line.

Gas BBQ, large timber outdoor setting. Outdoor hand-held warm shower for pets and kids - wash off salt and sand after a day at the beach. Single lock-up garage and extra parking for boats, trailers and cars.

The Bellarine Peninsula is perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing, walking, restaurants, wineries and the Bellarine Taste Trail. Farm gates and local providors selling fruit, vegies, seafood including fresh fish, oysters, mussels and abalone.

Our stay at Bells in January was absolutely the best family getaway with our dog, Archie. Jan & Lin are wonderful hosts who catered to all our needs in preparing the perfect beach house for our summer getaway.  Thank you for the warm welcome which included creating a genuine home away from home for our Archie. Precious memories. Highly recommend this beautiful and safe setting for the whole family. Hope we can return one day.

Our stay at Bells by the Beach was perfect. A home that is impeccably clean with everything at your fingertips, So comfortable and cosy ... and all within a short walk to the dog beach and town. Yard was perfect and secure for our young Labrador. Would definitely re-visit.

A fantastic stay with the most wonderful hosts!  We had a wonderful time staying at Bells.  It’s extremely comfortable, clean, ideally located and nice and warm in this very cold winter.  We had to change dates a couple of times as we tried to line up our stay with the birth of my daughter so family could stay close by and Jan and Lin were extremely accomodating and did everything they could to make it easy for us.  I have no hesitation in recommending Bells to anyone wanting to stay in Ocean Grove, especially those with furry family members!  Thank you once again, we hope to see you again soon :

It’s great to have somewhere so close to the beach where we can take our dog. The house and garden are lovely- plenty of space, and the hosts are very welcoming. Begola Wetlands is close and the Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads area has some good restaurants.

Bells by the Beach was the perfect getaway for us and our fur babies. This rental is perfect. Great booking process, immaculate house and garden, lots of little extras to make your time away perfect. Great communication from owners. Fantastic!

We all enjoyed a much needed break at Bells by the Beach, made perfect by an unexpectedly warm and sunny May weekend. The house is clean, comfortable and most welcoming. The shower is great. Our dogs had a ball and loved exploring the garden. High fences and lockable gates reassured us they’d be very safe and secure. Jan and Lin are terrific hosts. We hope to make a return visit.

Just returned home to Melbourne, after spending our 3rd consecutive January holiday at Jan & Lin's dog friendly property  Bells By The Beach Holiday House, in Ocean Grove. Putting it simply......it is the best dog friendly beach holiday house in the that we have been too.......and there has been many. Jan & Lin's attention to detail, to give all that stay especially the four legged friends variety, a carefree holiday in a brilliant location, is extraordinary. Bells By The Beach Holiday House, is immaculately kept, with great fencing all around the property, making it totally safe, for our two fur babies On a score out of 10......Bells By The Beach Holiday House = is a 10

Bells by the Beach is an ideal location for a pet friendly holiday. I recently stayed there with friends and my 2 puppies, Arlo and Poppy. The house is perfect for puppies with their own sleeping place and a very secure yard. It is a short walk to the off leash dog beach, which both my puppies loved. I was greeted by the owners and they could not have been more helpful. Thankyou Jan and Lin for a perfect time away. I would certainly recommend this place and will look to holiday there again.

We have enjoyed many happy times at Bells By The Beach. Lin & Jan are the prefect hosts. The dog friendly beach home is well equipped & extremely clean. It is well positioned for the beach & shops & a perfect getaway with lovely garden for children & pets. Looking forward to our next stay. Jenny & family.

I arrived with my boy Buster at this wonderful pet friendly property, after driving through scary torrential rain. I was very stressed and anxious and Jan & Lin welcomed me with their usual warm & friendly style.  After our short stay, and some time spent on the beach, Buster and I felt much better.  It really helps when the property that you are staying in, has everything you need for a stress free getaway, hope to see you next year Bells by the Beach
