Found an undernourished, 5week old kitten on the side of the road while coming back from Orford. We were unable to look after it due to other pets, so we dropped it off there. Great service, very welcoming and kind, Very helpful and understanding. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cat, big or small, young or old.

I rang TEN LIVES CAT CENTRE and was told that they don't have an adoption trial policy. No one can be 100% sure that their adoption will be a correct fit and the two week money back trial offered by Rescue Cats Safe Haven I assumed was offered everywhere. The two week trial offer would definitely be a deciding factor in where I would go to adopt a cat. I am very disappointed in Ten Lives as this is sadly not about everyone being happy but offloading the pet and collecting the money.

These guys do a great job looking after abandoned or surrendered cats. If you want a cat please consider adopting from them rather than buying from a pet shop.

Very welcoming staff. Secure facilities. Neat, clean, not at all smelly... lots of cats and kittens to visit with (or adopt), plenty of pet supplies and gifts available for purchase, heaps of free info and advice; and if adoption isnt for you then there's also the option to foster... but no pressure!!!
