These people really care about fur kids!!! They often offer free advice over the phone if unable to squeeze you in for a consult, and when you visit with your fur baby they are kind and gentle with it and you. Our fur family Darby, Bonnie, and Alice the Border Collies, and Nahum the Neatherland Dwarf Bun love the pats from Dr Jason and all the other staff at both Montrose and New Norfolk.
Charcoal had the best care, 14 teeth removed and he's a happy little chappy now...next morning. 2 months ago was not impressed with the vet, he "tried" to take bloods, bent the needle in charcoals neck, he was cruel, that's the worst experience our cat and us human parents have had with a vet.
Very friendly and professional staff in a clean and bright space. It was a pleasure to have our furry family taken care of there.
Staff are amazing and always understanding and accomdating of individual needs. They are very kind, gentle and caring of our fur babies. I highly recommend
Excellent vet, takes care of all our animals. My epileptic dog is very well looked after here. Not very expensive at all, normally about 40 dollars for a consult. Got quoted 1200 for a tooth extraction, eye growth cut off and all the after care. Ended up being only 750 dollars. Highly recommended.
I've used this vet for all my animals over the years but in the time I've been visiting them with my pug they have been even more amazing! Always kind and happy to see my little guy the staff in not only reception but the nurses and vets out back do a great job at giving out professional advice while keeping it easy to understand and caring during emotional situations, definitely give these guys a go if you're looking for somewhere new to take your beloved 4 legged friend!
Saved the mighty Thor yet again! The team at Montrose vet have always taken great care of our kittys & pups over the years. Friendly &supportive staff. I'm kinda glad they don't leave reviews for customers as Thor was not too gentle with them...
Absolutely terrific, I especially love the photo and message when my girl was out if surgery.
Amazing staff, friendly, approachable and affordable! Nothing but smiles, treats and pats during our visit with our puppy doggo. 10/10
Advertised open till 6pm but doesn't answer phone before 5..very traumatic in an emergency.
