We are an exceptionally fast paced veterinary clinic consisting of 30 staff members, 12 vets, 12 nurses, 4 receptionists and 2 admin ladies, all striving to ensure you precious fur baby gets above standard care!

The reception staff are friendly and patient and the veterinarians are gentle and thorough. I would never take Charlie anywhere else. Their fees are not exorbitant and you don't feel as though you have been "ripped off" as it is with some of the other Veterinarians.  100% happy with the service in such a friendly atmosphere.

Great vets, I would say the negative reviews on here are from people who apparently know more than the vets, they are reasonably priced, are NOT owned by the Dog's Home (founded by Jan Cameron and self funded), DO NOT overcharge and in fact are VERY reasonably priced and take EXCELLENT care of their patients

The vets are wonderful & very caring to the animals. Both my cats got spayed there & it was all good & actually cheap as well..

Good vets cheaper than other place’s some of the staff at the counter are unfriendly (prob from stress tho cuz there really busy) an there is one vet there who wasnt nice but the other three vets I seen were nice and I always take my pets here they are under standing if you need a plan to pay off the vet bills (never had to use one but its good to know if I ever need one its there ).

Even though they do discount desexing they overcharge on extras that you are forced into like micro chipping, the fail to inform you that vaccination will cost way more than the initial up front cost then overcharge on the needed boosters, what seems like a cheaper alternative ends up costing much more that going to your local vet if you have to travel to get there, I say work out a price with your local vet and see if they can do better. If you use this vet make sure you find out all the hidden costs involved first
