I always find the Doctors & staff courteous and informative. I do wonder though if someone should have arrange for an audio engineer to look at applying some absorbent to the 2 walls behind the reception area. I feel that there is a large amount of noise reflects off these walls that make discussions with staff very difficult.
Easy online booking system reasonably priced doctor was thorough and staff we pleasant to deal with thank you. Just do it and put your mind at easy get the skin check up. Dr also removed a small cyst on my forehead was nice given I went for a skin cancer check. Thanks
This is one of the best medical practises I have attended in my entire 67 years of life! I was amazed at how quick I obtained an appointment due to a cancellation ...in 1 hour!! All the doctors are relatively young, which is good, as they are trained in modern techniques using modern technology! I guess this visit is probably the first of many visits we tend to start falling apart as we age!! but this team of doctors should at least slow the epidermis from deteriating too much!!
Nothing but praise and appreciation for Dr Tim Barnes and his staff. Confirmed and removed a small melanoma a few years ago deepest thanks to my wife for insisting I had it checked, and have had regular checks ever since. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone, especially those who work or spend a lot of time out in the Tasmanian sun... a quick and easy skin check could very well save your life !
Extremely professional and thorough! Expected to feel a bit uncomfortable, but staff are very friendly and the experience isn't awkward at all. Great peace of mind, knowing each year that there aren't any nasties on/in my skin.
Great doctors and great technology used. I have hundreds of moles and the staff is very thorough documenting them and potentially dangerous changes every year. Doctors are knowledgeable and are happy to advise on other skin conditions while you're there.
I was impressed by the use of photographic technology and ease of image processing prior to seeing the specialist doctor. A template on the floor for patient positioning combined with verbal instruction from the nurse was used to capture images of all parts of the body including soles of the feet. It is a rare melanoma that occurs in non exposed parts of the body to the sun so no stone left unturned. The specialist doctor was very personable and professional to make it a 5/5 experience.
The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment was on time, in fact the doctor was waiting for me in reception. It was a calming experience for something that could be life changing. The consultation was informative, explained in a way I could understand. Thankyou.
Dr Barnes is very professional and knowledgeable, but also approachable and easy to chat to. The clinic has a high tech setup to make it easy to track skin changes. Would definitely recommend.
'We are travelling and must say being disappointingly a candidate for skin cancers. This business is of a very high standard . My wife and I saw Dr Claire Ballingall who was very thorough attentive relaxed and very professional. I would highly recommend this business.
