Great new look to the store and now a better variety of tropical fish

Man the fish tanks don't even have real gravel or sand or substrate in them- just a vinyl contact stuck to the bottom with a picture of gravel! Never before have I seen penny pinching taken to this extreme to save a buck, denying fish gravel in their tanks, but printing a sticking a photo of it on the bottom of the tank?? There were Kuhli Loaches in those tanks and those fish are gravel burrowing fish by nature and they had nowhere to go to escape the harsh tank lighting and they were stressed out big time. Also, we saw this goldfish in there and we were pretty sure it looked like it had the hayfever and needed an antihistamine or something

Always have items on stock but are overpriced and when asking to price match to pet lbarn, you feel extremely judged, their price match is also a painful experience as they also call the local competitor while you wait. 1/10 would only recommend if you're in a pinch for something not in stock elsewhere

Excellent service! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to offer advice when needed.  You can sign up to their loyalty program, giving you a discount on future purchases.

Bek was extremely helpful with her knowledge and understanding exactly what type of diet food my dog needed couldn't be any more helpful went above and beyond to make sure I got everything glad I joined up there loyalty program as I'll definitely be shopping here way more

Staff were excellent and very helpful.
