Worst shop ever has ripped me off by selling badly size dog harnesses . charts are misleading took it back and has had the same issue again I would never shop here again . Absolute rip off . They Could have been more clear about refunding me . As they refunded 6$ which is an absolute joke . Reluctant to go in there again . For sure this shop needs to be replaced!!!! -100
Very unimpressed by the condition of the budgies, which obviously had French Moult and not for the first time. I was in there a few months ago and I even pointed out a sick bird to a staff member who didn't seem to care. The owner doesn't seem to care either.
Located inside Eastlands Shopping Centre on ground floor. A pet store that supplies all your pet needs. Selling beautiful and popular caged birds and tropical fish. Everything for dogs and cats and other pets. Lovely staff, very helpful and a beautiful set out clean store.
Purchased 3 new birds a few days ago to have some company for our current finch whose partner passed away. In ONE NIGHT all of the new 3 we purchased have died. Funny that we're made to sign a document claiming responsibility and then have our new birds die shortly after. Disgusting
When walked in wasn't greeted. Went to ask the male assistant a question the response was hang on I'm talking to my colleague about something. I would have understood if what they were talking about was work related but it wasn't

An absolutely amazing local business! Staff are always so friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure coming here, whether it’s to buy something or just after some advice.
They have a small selection of general pets birds,fish, hermit crabs and even stick insects sometimes they have bunny's and at times cats and dogs... They have an amazing selection of toys/cages/play equipment for your fur baby although the store is rather packed they have amazing toys and general pet care for all your pet needs
I've only received the best service at this shop. The staff and animals are of the highest quality
