Temple Hills Medical is our family clinic. Recently renovated with clean , bright and well spaced waiting area. Their protocol to ensure well being of attending patients to clinic is appreciated. Dr Chan is always punctual and any delays are communicated. In my opinion, Dr Chan genuinely cares and listens to his patients and follows through with any post appointment items. The recent addition of pathology services on the premises, makes it so convenient for patients to do any necessary tests. Highly recommend this clinic.
Dr Chan is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is the epitome of one of the best family Doctor you could ever get. His old school approach to his patients are hard to find in these days. He is caring, knowledgeable and very diligent. He is highly recommendable! Good on ya Doc. Rob
We can’t speak more highly of the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at Temple Hills Medical Centre. Having sort medical treatment at this centre for more than 25 years, our family have always found the doctors to be professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, honest, respectful and sincere. They listen carefully and are thorough in seeking an accurate diagnosis and treatment. We totally trust their advice and treatment. The rest of the medical and support staff are also extremely friendly, kind, professional, helpful and respectful. It is truely a family-friendly centre with a calm and safe atmosphere. Even when we moved away from the local area 20yrs ago, we have continued to travel 20km each way to come to this medical centre for all our medical needs. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Temple Hills Medical Centre to anyone seeking an excellent medical home. We thank them all for looking after us so well.
The staff in the office at Temple Hills are always pleasant and helpful.nThe only doctor I go to regularly is Jillian Webster who has been my GP since Surrey Hills days. She is very thorough and has been praised by all the specialists with whom I have been involved.nA friendly , caring environment
I’ve been a patient at Temple Hill Medical Centre for over 14 years. I have been a patient of Dr Andrew Pither, he is an excellent, knowledgeable, caring and genuine Doctor. Always providing best patient care. So is Dr Chan who I see when Dr Andrew is away. The care delivered to me over the years has always been exceptional. They listen actively to my concerns and provided me with personalised treatment that results in positive outcomes. The admin staff are very welcoming, helpful and kind. I am very grateful for this medical clinic.
