Called the clinic to get my covid booster injection and was offered one within the hour which is great. It was my first time there as well. The receptionist Tim was very polite and helpful and the nurse Franny was prompt and excellent and quick. No issues whatsoever. In and done within half hour which included waiting for at least 10 mins after the jab. Thank you so much.

Nurse Fiona was wonderful. Both mom and dad were full of praise after getting their booster shots. Fiona was caring  and most patient when answering all their concerns. She speaks Chinese which was really helpful for my mom. Thank YOU, Fiona.  Booking appointments online was a breeze too.

I have been attending the Progress Medical Centre for approx. 4 years. I have always found the Reception Staff extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Dr Guldali is an absolute gem, very knowledgeable, personable and a fantastic doctor. He is also wonderful at reducing my fear/anxiety caused after diagnosing myself via Dr Google.

Have been seeing Dr Ohis for years. He's in high demand and not difficult to see why - best GP who knows his stuff but other doctors are good too. Staff are great like Erica who is always helpful without hesitation. I definitely recommend this clinic.

It was our first visit to the clinic and from the first phone call the service was outstanding. Even though they were down a Doctor today and busy they still managed to fit my son in. I’m so grateful. The Doctor we saw was really lovely and helpful. Will definitely try and go to this clinic instead of our regular one.

Dr Ohis is the most caring, considerate and professional GP I have ever come across. His dedication to his patients is very admirable. Thank you Dr Ohis for your ongoing support to my health and the health of my family. Last but certainly not least is the support staff that run this great practice. Sam is definitely the stand out. excellent medical centre, the doctors and the receptionists both are very nice people. I have been going there more than 10 years. even when i have moved out that area, and i am still going back to the same medical centre.  even though it talks 30 mins go to their but is worth it.

The receptionists here are simply the best. Always smiling, very sincere and welcoming. They go way beyond just to help you and ur request… this place is gold. I never wanna go somewhere else to see the gp again. And it’s just because of the receptionist sorry I don’t know their names

My famıly dr Guldali he is very knowledgeable and polite ,caring very supportive doctor, I am recommending to everyone,you will be happy to have as your family doctor also at reception you will see Erica with her smile on her face that makes you calm. Thanks to dr Guldali and Erica

Dr Brian Ohis is a consumate professional. This medical centre offers an excellent service. Not many like this left. None better.
