Go in for a simple change of sim to be told not taking anymore people today at 2 pm due to lack of staff yet we have to keep paying our bills…. Christine a wait time I can understand but sending people away four in front of us and saying come back another day not in an hour.. we travel 8 hours to get there. The staff member didn’t care and told us he shouldn’t even be on the door
I had been to my local Telstra partner who had referred me up to the cairns Telstra store and I was lucky enough to get a fella Lincoln, who was so switched on and made easy work of what to be a very confusing thing. I really appreciate the help that I got and how speedy he was with it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
No service at all from this store. Repeatedly phoned with no response. Went in 3 times, once with an appointment and they refused to see me on all occasions. I'm still without the device that was to replaced 4 weeks ago. Bernadette Auto failed to provide all of Telstras options available to customers in my siuation nor have I heard from her again. I cannot see myself entering this store again until all staff are replaced with people that can provide SERVICE.
Turned up on late night at 6.30pm due to working away, simply after my phone number to be ported from optus so i could become a telstra customer for better service while at work. Flop that served me said porting the number is a very simple process but since they were closing in half an hour would not do it. What a joke
Mel was the best. She helped me very good. Without her I would still be standing in line. Thanks Mel! Five stars for you!
Had an issue with my phone the fella sorry didn't get his name was very helpful and thoughtful. I've always prefer Telstra in Cairns Central than anywhere else.
Pathetic, can’t even get a call back. Rang 4 times only to be palmed off..Over 1 half hours for a call back just to make an appointment in Cairns central … Lift your Game, No excuses.. I’d give you half a star just for your machine answering..!!!
Witnessed a young lady get verbally abused but a male customer, only for the manger to push it all aside and help the flop who yelled at the employee and never checked up on her. Disgusting workplace imo.
Horrible customer service Requested information about my AirPods which were dropped off over 5 weeks ago only to be told at the front door they wouldn’t look to see if there was any information in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner
Tess helped me activate my prepaid Telstra phone and she was so lovely to deal with and so quick and accurate. Ousting team member!!!!!
