Called for a Taxi in an area from Launceston, was then "mouthed" off by the radioman, later told by the (driver, whom was professional) that the pick up spot was for "Aboriginal's most likely". Disgraceful treatment to me as the customer and most of all to others of my ethnicity, and I can only claim a % of the ethnicity with that said. Ignore my smiling picture above please. For this incident is very un-Australian and I will say the same for any culture if portrayed in this manner. And with that said I am not naive to what goes on in this country. I may have been just as judgmental at times myself. Please think before we Speak.

the taxi service in Launceston needs to be completely gutted and brought up to a proper standard. Drivers constantly ignore pickups and let the next one do the job because they all wait around for the longer fares. Taxi Combined is a terrible, terrible service and the reputation to go along with it.
