This guy went the longest distance he could to make the taxi ride extremely expensive and completely ripped me and my friend. After calling the support line we were greeted with abuse and no support. I am very disappointed in this taxi service. Sure this driver might have been trying his best. However the service I received over the phone was awful and i want be using these taxis again .

Said the time I needed to be at a location 25 minutes later I get the cab rock up. I was told I wouldn't have to wait long otherwise I would if changed things. As the cab is rocking up I'm trying to cancel. The bloke who took my call is lucky I didn't catch his name. What a complete tosser the aggression from him was uncalled for. Won't use your service won't recommend it and I wouldn't Piss on one of your drivers if he was on fire.

Best service in Hobart. I often use 131008 and always found very good. Highly recommend.

Phoned at 8.20 am to order a cab from East Derwent Highway to the city and was asked if I was ready my answer was yes. I told him that I was between 2 businesses and I was watching from my window. I saw a Taxi pull up but he/she was 200 mtrs from my home so I started walking down to the taxi only for the Taxi to move to outside the Pub. I waved to him and he took off and turned around so I waved to him as he went past. I saw him indicate right so assumed he had saw me but no he did not come. Another taxi went past I thought it was him but it was another Taxi and he u-turned and came to pick me up. He was just passing so I was lucky as I had to be in the city by 9.00 am and this was 8.50. As I am disabled and had to walk over 200 mtr without an aid will see me in pain for the rest of the day. So I will think about using Uber from now on.
