Hobart Airport is Australia’s most southern Airport, with one of Australia’s most picturesque approaches.

We are the largest and busiest airport in Tasmania with over 60% of the travellers coming through Hobart. We are curfew free and are a proud part of the Tasmanian community.

Very cute little airport with everything you need. Arrivals is simple and easy to navigate out. Great coffee place too. Departures is big and has a number of eateries and clean amenities too. Well laid out.

The airport doesn't have enough charging ports. Just 8. All them were occupied. There are not many food options available. Security is not tight enough. Doesn't do checking properly. Security is quite rude as well. I asked for window seat behind my friends. The girl at check-in counter didn't listen to me and gave me seat close to back exit.

A small and basic airport that is adequate if one doesn't need to spend hours waiting inside. Upon exiting the arrival hall, taxis and shuttles can be easily found outside by turning right. Opposite the airport building there is sufficient car parking area. When waiting for baggage, you may be able to spot the Australian fur seal chilling on the belt.

Looked like a lovely modern airport at first but quickly evolved into mayhem as it got busy. Ladies toilets were out of paper, soap & hand towels; console staff seemed rushed & frantic with barely a smile; no where near enough seating in boarding lounge & cafes closed. Seems that someone forgot to expand the fundamental services when they were doing the marketing for tourism. Its a simple equation folks... more visitors, more services required!

Nice Airport that is easy to get around. The toilets are easily accessible and not a huge walk. The food and services are ample for the size of the airport, security is visible and reassuring. I like it .. Good Job Tassie.
