Shockingly bad customer service by one or two of the staff on the Click and Collect counter who mustn’t have ever had any training at all if they can’t manage even basic courtesies. The other staff are lovely and have never had a problem here before. The Manager currently away unfortunately but these two need to go on a course so they can learn what customer service means. The young lady on the door greeting everyone put them to shame, polite and friendly.

I have not been to Meadow Springs since the new fitout. Well what can I say...ITS DARK GLOOMY clothes are awful now BUT THE HEAT my phone read 32 degrees inside shop I complained I nearly passed out in changeroom where nothing my size would do up 😈 even the staff have complained about heaters they said Obviously falls on DEAF EARS STORE MANAGER.
