The team that work at the 'service desk' at this store are very rude. Openly laughing while discussing customers in a negative way on the shop floor. When asked for assistance, they acted like it was an inconvenience to actually offer some customer service.

It is so unbelievably hot in this store.. Like they have the heating on, on a 28° day!! Feel sorry for all the workers. Especially the lovely young lady who has to run back and forth between party and technology… She looked very hot and flustered. PUT THE AIR CON ON. What happened to the health and wellbeing of staff and customers. Disgusting big w !!!!

Have a great time browsing at the store, end up buying things that I need. The young lady greeted the customer at the entrance very welcoming.

Great shop, great prices just has a terrible layout. One end to the other back to the other etc. Still, nothing wrong with bit of exercise.
