Jeremy was Awesome at handling a slight hiccup we had making a payment with our order, whilst paying for it the whole pos froze. He was so friendly and worked it out, he noticed I was on crutches and offered a seat while he sorted it. His customer service is one of the best I've received! Awesome mate
Big W pretty good shop although I did find that doing a lay-by I went into the store and did a lay-by and once I had done that each time I needed to make a payment I had to go in the store which was quite annoying so note to oneself by online in future because then you can pay online, staff are very friendly shop is set out really well lots of bargains very helpful staff
Nice place! Great place for family with kids! Never fail us as always!
Certainly nothing disappointing here. Staff are wonderful helpful and engaging. Maybe need to review quality of clothing fabric but that seems to be the norm these days. Otherwise reasonably stocked and a pleasant experience
This afternoon I was at BIG W in the Forum. There were no manned checkouts. As I stood waiting for the one staff member to assist me, the woman she was assisting ran up a bill for $780 .plus I think it was $784.80 then calmly wheeled her trolley out of the store without paying while the staff member walked away. Wonder if the store has Security vision ? Baffled why the staff member turned her back without seeing the sale completed !! What further amazed me was that I had to show my docket for a whole $ 4.00 purchase to the lass manning the front door - but this other woman walked scot free !!
