Went in to purchase a new tv, found what I was looking for and was very happy until I encountered a belligerent self serve checkout operator! I am appalled at some of the staff at this store, however all was saved and my faith partly restored when Jeremy came across and calmed the situation!......Still when one shop's at kMart it really is a very nice happy experience.......

I don't often leave negative reviews, but this time, I just had to. Big W Mandurah just has the most APPALLING customer service I've ever seen in my life! The staff at the front end are just unbelievably rude. Now, granted, not ALL staff are rude, most of them, in fact, excel in customer service beyond what is required, but it's the staff at the front end that are just astonishingly rude that makes me sick. I am disgusted, appalled, and most importantly, just disappointed. I HIGHLY doubt Big W Mandurah's management will read this, as this is a Google review. Kmart on the other hand has FANTASTIC customer service, so future/current Big W Mandurah shoppers, consider going to Kmart instead! TL;DR = Appalling front end staff. Just go to Kmart instead.

I've had great experiences with some staff here but also a few awful ones with other workers. Thankfully most of the employees are really friendly and professional. It's a nice place to shop.
