Second time I have received poor service will never shop here again. Again went into the shop and browsed in the Manchester department and a young man with a fluorescent vest on said good afternoon as he headed out the back of the store. Was not approached by any other sales staff. Got sick of waiting then we went into the electronic side of the shop again stood for over 5 minutes. There were 3 sales staff at a computer and another person vacuuming the floor. As we left in disgust one of them said he would be with us in a moment. We said to late we were off to Jbhifi. He said no worries have a great afternoon. Young lady in the Photoshop offered assistance on our way out but we said no thank you and left. The sales staff in the whole store outnumbered customers.

Some items are overpriced, but there are some bargains too. Just check prices elsewhere before buying and it should be good. Customer support 5 stars!

A NIGHTMARE from the start. Long story short we pretty much filled our house with harvey norman. Half laybuy half on interest free. The whole process of the interest free side took about 4 hours. Some stuff didnt rock up to our house after being on lay buy for about 6 months. We had to have a display dining table for about a month and promised a $100 gift card for the hassle. Never seen it. Will never laybuy with them again thats for sure Furniture is of good quality but thats the only good thing i can say

Not enough staff to serve customers in computer section. Only 2 people serving about 6 waiting. I know it's Sunday. But poor service.
