Staff helpful and friendlynVery cleannGood valuenGood varietynGood parkingnnDo fill sorry for the staff though.. Seen grumpy, aggressive, rude I want it now type people.. If you treat the staff better you might have the same friendly interaction as we do/have. !!!nn
Hey target,nVery disappointing service.nFrom the moment I walked in, there was no smile and no greeting. Even when I said hi, it was ignored. I purchased some kids’ clothing and only realised after reaching home that the electronic security tag was still attached, so I had to go back to the store.nWhen I returned for help, the lady who served me showed no customer service skills at all. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted as if it was an inconvenience to fix a mistake that was clearly made by the store.nGood customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately this place lacks even the basics. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.
CleannEasy to find what you want and if you can't...such helpful and kind staff.nWell stocked with a variety of goods. Very handy.nGood parking
I just spent over $400, I was instore for about 20 minutes,at no point was I acknowleded, this included all points of my visit.. entering, whilst shopping, paying and finally exiting the store. No hello,no do you need any assistance?,no thank you,no goodbye.Even if I only spent $1,people deserve to be treated decently.I was excited to go as I hadnt bought new clothes in a long time,it just left me feeling like they ruined my experience.
I usually rate Target very highly , but I purchased an anko multi-function steam spot cleaner on the 8-5-26, I used it twice and was extremely impressed with the results, I then went to use it a day later and it no longer heats up so therefore, no steam I have emailed them twice and haven't heard a thing the problem hasn't been resolved .nAnd all i got for my $149 is an overpriced water pistol !!!
