It’s worst of all . They will not deliver the food and they don’t have tracking option also. And we cannot contact them. And after few minutes they will close the order stating they have delivered it. And we have to speak to uber eats or deliveroo for refund. Pls don’t order from this restaurant at anytime.
Ordered from deliveroo 2 hours ago. A delivery that was estimated to take 10 mins still isn't here. No way of contacting them either. Horrible!
This had to be the most disappointing meal I've had in belfast. I've had some small disappointing meals and never felt the need to write a bad review or call, but this is seriously bad. Food is cold. No cutlery. Said to be on delivery and I went down and waited outside for 30 minutes, went back up to call them and they said no driver was on call. So i waited and then got a call 10 minutes later from the driver who said he was waiting outside 30 minutes?? By the time I arrived downstairs he had bailed and left the food with the staff at the front desk. I contacted uber eats who let me know the driver was with the resturaunt so they cannot even blame them. The miscommunication, cold food and lack of cutlery, for food that is oily and bland is a big let down. I would not recommend ordering here. Also, the salad was packed in a bag. So, that's a first?
This wee spot is Top Notch two fussy kid's and they cleaned the plates . Definitely giving 5 chicken tikka kebab on chip's and a Good ole Donner both house sauce. Absolutely beaut the curry's are belter also best wee place in the East keep er lit guy's in the taj spice
*Update* In response to the reply from the restaurant, I don't know wether you have confused us with someone else, or are just making this up, but your response is completely untrue. We never said we didn't receive the order, and you never made it again. The fact you can't simply apologize for your behaviour is shocking Our order was incorrect, so i reported this to just eat who then gave me a refund for the items. I then started receiving phone calls from the restaurant, and when I didn't awnser these, a very angry man showed up at my house repeatedly banging the door. When my partner went out, the man started yelling at him, calling him a thief, and refused to go away. Very aggressive, and intimidating. It was only when I then went out, he backed off, and went away. Certainly will not be back. Unbelievably bad experience!
*REPLYING TO OWNER* I did not ring during closing hours. I rang as soon as the delivery driver left my door because as soon as I open the food I seen it was wrong. And also when I rang up to get something for free the guy on the other end of the phone told me I had to order more phone to get 1 thing for free. Looking at the other reviews off your place is definitely shows how rubbish the customer service is handled in here. This place is not managed very well and shouldn't be treating customers with disrespect. Hello, I wrote a review on just eat and got a reply from the owner saying I didn't report my issue straight away. As soon as the order came and I opened my food and seen it was wrong I rang you straight away. Not once did you offer me a refund or a replacement but instead you said I have to order more food to get something for free.
ordered food from them, they didn't even deliver the food. Called them up to 6 times and they didn't even pick up. Reported to uber eats after I couldn't reach them. The restaurant manager called me THE NEXT day and called me a liar and he said they already delivered the food like what??? the manager was super rude and used all kind of bad words. The worst experience.
Chips arrive cold and the salad arrives in a hot plastic bag, no cutlery whatsoever. When you call to speak woth someone and ask for help the staff brush you off and call you "brother" a lot, which isn't awful in general but doesn't help when you're already being ignored.
The spiciness of the items should be properly mentioned while customers are placing the order.Recently ordered Chicken Vindaloo and had to throw it away in whole as it was excessively spicy.When I called the reception about it they just shrugged it off saying the order itself was given as extra spicy which is a purely false statement as no such request was made.Ideally in such cases restaurants offer a replacement for free or at a discount which unfortunately this restaurant did not offer.Probably they think that their customers are not accustomed to good food in Belfast.
Tried this Indian for the first time. From the start, the girl could not understand me to the extent that I said to forget the order. I had to phonetically spell my name and address! The meal arrived within 40 minutes, but was very cool, had to be reheated. Starters were nice but the Pilau rice was wet and sticky. The lamb madras, which the lamb was very sparce, well I have had hotter pot noodles!!! The madras had 3 chillis beside it? Very diappointed, will be back to the Shimla in future just down the road 200 metres.
