Although we had takeaway and recommended by a local the first impression was the incredible politeness in taking the order. My wife was referred to as Madam in a courteous way.nSo off we went to collect and the restaurant was busy yet the counter staff knew who we were and what our order was.nWould have easily eaten in as the staff all seemed focused and efficient.nnOnce we got our order home it was amazing and the same theme as other reviews continues.nnGood size containers and generous meat portions made for a fabulous meal and the following night.nnCheck out the pineapple curry, it was my pick.nnKeep up the awesome service and work in such a competitive environment.

Peanut sauce stir fry is by far the best dish I have had here. I will always order it when I’m in Ashburton. Highly recommend this dish to all.nnHoney Teriyaki Chicken was also delicious.nnCan also recommend the Pad Thai, always a safe favourite to order.nnI did not enjoy the Panang Curry, lacked flavour and was gluggy.nnQuick and efficient service.nnA well decorated atmosphere. Clean restaurant area.nnToilets were not wheelchair friendly. They could also use a good clean.nnThe entrance is also not wheelchair friendly.nnWas not a fan of the waitress cleaning the seats with a cloth she then subsequently used to clean the tables.

Was recommended Ton's Thai by a work colleague. Food came out fast, friendly service and good value for money! I got the fried chicken noodle soup and there was so much chicken! Places in the city would only give you about half the amount. We ended up sharing a 3rd dish of soft shell crab which we probably didn't need as the serving sizes were very generous. The sauce that come with it was absolutely delicious.nHighly recommend and will be back I ever get the chance!

I absolutely love coming here and getting the Pad Thai! It is the best one i have had in this town! The staff were extremely kind and didn't mind when i had some questions for them about the food. I highly recommend Tons Thai if you love Thai food, or even if you want to try something new!

10/10!! Walk in, served immediately! Staff fantastic! Food - amazing! delishous and hot.nMr Ton even came over to take out photo as he could see we were taking photos, this was we could all be on the photos - so thank you so much for that! Been twice now and both times have been awesome and amazing food. Thanks all!
