My daughter introduced me to this store. Wow, what great variety of fresh and packaged food is here. My favourite place for noodles and sauces is this supermarket. And a friendly place too, easy to find stuff and walk out in shortest time, if in a hurry.
My husband and I often shop at Tai Ping Asian Supermarket at Flat Bush.nnMost of the staff especially Chinese cashier ladies are friendly and helpful. However, a certain Chinese lady who apparently responsible for fresh cherries section is always rude and constantly bitches about customers open the box of cherries and check the box carefully before they decide to buy. A few weeks ago, I was standing near the entrance of the supermarket where the cherries were located and heard her shouting at some customers about them checking the boxes of cherries. Honestly, it’s common sense that people check if there are any problems first before they make the purchase, right? Anyway, every time I shop there, I will avoid this uneducated and ignorant lady who doesn’t know anything about customer service.nnAnyway, still give it a try as there are huge varieties of Asian food, spices and sauces that you are not able to get at Countdown, New World or PaknSave.
Staff are rude here. If you close at 7pm. don't cover everything at 6:30. No repect to the customer.
Staff at the checkout was rude, rough handled ,she threw the items after she scanned to the side while I was trying to pack as fast as possible , pretty face but no manner. Gossiping the customer with other staff , they thought no one could understand the language. Shameful
price just ok place is cleannot lots of ppl during the week day time. Customer service just alrightfull passion to help. but not much English speak because lady in front is chinese a bit poor English. A bit hard when you want ask for help.i still give 5star because i feel important at thereservice still Great.
