Almost every time I go here to play pool there is some reason it isn't possible. Once the band playing was EXCESSIVELY loud that no one could be inside at all. Another time we were moved on because apparently playing would be too noisy when the comedy is on - yes, the amplified comedy at the other side of the room. Ok, so we sit and watch comedy only to be told we should move because having a quiet conversation was too much! Not impressed. Considering there is almost never much patronage they could do to be friendlier to those trying to frequent the place and bringing new people in. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming but unfortunately haven't seen this extend to the other staff. I'll keep trying as I want to support this local business that provides gig space for local artists but I'd like to see a more welcoming atmosphere

Wonderful casual atmosphere. Really intimate little place. Diverse array of music. Great for getting together for a few beers with friends.
