Story

We appreciate the support Melburnians have shown our local styled variation of the traditional pizzeria. Our passion for quality and dedication to service has been rewarded by the loyalty of our customers.

For 25 years now I have been baking pizzas on High St. I have styled my pizzas as old fashioned made to order, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, traditional techniques and emerging tastes.

Most disgusting S H I T. I have ever eaten. If i can only find the post a picture button and then you will see the pesto chicken... i assumed was with a pasta considering it in the pasta section... i got boiled cubes of chicken ish stuff with perhaps some pesto, HOT in a tin foil warmer with salad...... Pizza was someones idea of a joke. Oh yeah, i lost an hour of my life in the process. Great job!!! You nailed rubbish from every angle of hospitality and food service. never NEVER EVER AGAIN lol. Crazy they can sell this even.

Its taken me a long time to accept that this business is deplorable. Since the owners started employing incompetent staff and working hands on less the standards have gone from bad to worse. It pains me me to say thus as La Cass is the only pizza place i know that makes a Potato Bake Pizza. A regular dish for me over the past several years. Most items on the menu border on inedible, the prices are as high as the cesar salad is sloppy and sweet, as the wedges are dry, and cooked unevenly, the burgers thick and rancidly flavored. If i could take back all the money ive spent here over the years, i would. I knew with every order it was a gamble, but since its gone from 1 in 3 pizzas being prepared correctly to 1 in 10 Ive decided to draw a line. I don't know what it would take to turn this business around and get it back to it's glory days, but until then I CANT RECCOMENED AGAINST ORDERING FROM HERE ENOUGH. The people rating this store high (on menulog/eatnow), have all gone mad (I fail to see the enjoyment of eating slops).

Not very high quality of the food, neither the pizza or the pasta were tasty or up to standards. Would not recommend this place
