I love Short Round! I have been a regular here for many years and have always been very happy with the food, service and atmosphere they provide. As a vegan, I can be quite specific about what I eat but the crew at Short around nail it everytime. What's also really important is that it has a wheelchair accessible entrance and toilet so no one misses out on this wonderful place.nThe team are friendly and approachable. Lastly, one of my favourite parts of this space is the big glass windows that fill the space with warm sun in the morning. Such a wonderful way to start my day.
My favourite cafe. I’ve never had a bad dish and I’ve been coming here for many years now. They use quality produce and everything is cooked to perfection. Their food is creative but never OTT. All the servers are lovely andnhelpful. Plus, it’s just a gorgeous place to sit. I’m so glad it’s local to me as I would travel across town to eat here.
Perfect coffee. Ample variety of savoury and sweet options on the menu. Delicious food. A little pricey at $20+ considering it was a small serving, but to be expected given the location. Friendly and quick service even though it was a busy Sunday morning.
Service was poor. Staff lax to take out order, they forgot to put through our fries and we were then evicted from our table and told someone had booked in but I’m not convinced they even take reservations judging by the lady with the clipboard and waiting list. Food was tasty enough
Best folded eggs I've had - both the chilli and chorizo options are DELISH. Have been coming here weekly to satisfy the pregnancy cravings, and great atmosphere for getting my uni work done. Perfect local fave
