Always a pleasure visiting the Melbourne Boutique. The Staff are amazing and all very knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to attend for any upcoming Tag Purchase. The best retail experience. Great work Team.
I would like to preface this review by saying that I don't write reviews very often but today's experience made me so unhappy that I felt like I had to say something. I have to agree with all the 1 to 2 star reviews down below; the product is amazing but the staff members at this place are horrible: the pretention and pompous arrogance on display was astounding! Initially, I spoke to a lovely and very helpful guy named Jasper, who informed me over the phone yesterday that he had in the back exactly what I was looking for a band for the Monaco timepiece that I previously purchased overseas and said that I can come in anytime to pick it up. Fast forward to today, my sister and I arrive and it was terrible from the moment we walked in. There were a group of staff huddled together talking and when the worker who opened the door for us asked one of them to assist - twice, they literally rolled their eyes at us! The rep that did end up coming over to help, then kept getting frustrated that I didn't have the model number of the watch I had previously bought overseas who's going to carry around a 20 digit model number on them whilst shopping?. I explained to her that I'd spoken to Jasper and he said he had it there for me, she went to the back to check. Upon returning she literally said, "I'm sorry we don't carry any spare bands we only order them in and I'm not going to call Jasper because it's his birthday today" in such a condescending way. After the way she spoke to us and all the rude stares and judgy eye rolls they were literally acting like we, the customers, were interrupting their lives by shopping there we just ended up walking out. I truly love this brand and own 3 pieces from Tag that I cherish, but this lot have pretty much guaranteed that none of my future purchases will ever be made from the Melbourne store.
Ava was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make our experience so happy and memorable! I highly recommend Ava, her professionalism and expertise and her fun down to earth nature made everything such an easy and comfortable experience. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend visiting Tag Heuer, they have a wide variety of time pieces, the price range is for everyone. I was greeted and helped by Paige Stones, i was looking for Monaco line, i got to try it on, got a lot of information regarding the piece from Paige, and she even went and sent me a link with more information regarding the watch. Thank you for your help and time Paige, good luck.
Was down in Melbourne for the weekend to source a new watch. From the moment we walked into the store I was greeted by Ava who was absolutely beautiful and considerate of what I was looking for. She provided me recommendations outside of what I was originally thinking which resulted in me walking away with a watch I love ! Thank you Ava and the team at Tag Heuer.
Took my watch in there to be serviced. Wasn't aware that it had to be sent away. Was a family heirloom. Unfortunately felt like it was a bit of a chore by the staff. Will definitely be considering that if I'm looking at buying a nice watch in the future...
The staff is excellent and they’re very enthusiastic about their job. Being a huge fan of Tag Heuer, the brand, I was truly delighted with the overall experience visiting this place.
A truly delightful shopping experience served by lovely Judy the other day. Was looking for a daily beater and ended up walking out with an extremely nice skeleton chronograph Carrera Heuer 01. A big thank to this highly knowledgeable girl with relentless effort and work attitude as well as the Grapefruit flavor sparkling! the BEST!!!. Will certainly be back for sure.
