Very disappointing product quality. Don't get me wrong the assistant in store was great and the in house customer service was great. It is after the fact and when your $4,000 worth of suits from their brand label start to shrink, bubble and tear, no one want so speak to you. Reached out at the beginning of November and still no real response.  Unfortunately, I have had many issues with all of the 'Henry Buck' brand items and some of these can be seen in the attached photos. As you can imagine this is not what I expected from your namesake brand and after spending about $4k with their store.  All of the items have been well cared for, evenly rotated in use, and only ever been worn on a very short walk to work and within an office environment. This simply cannot be anything other than the quality of the items as the pants of one set are fine and the other two are now wrecked, two jackets are ‘okay’ with some bubbling and basically, minor shrinkage Still terrible that there is bubbling and the third of the same style is horribly bubbled and shrunk to the point where it is uncomfortable to wear. Further, the fourth suit that is not a Henry Buck-branded one is perfectly fine and I have had no issues with it. I was fitted in store and had adjustments made, so there is no reason for this.  I have other suites and shirts that cost less and I have had them for 3 plus years and show none of the signs these items do. This is not what anyone would expect of items like this after 7 – 8 months at any price point, let alone from this store.

I don't know much about menswear but a mentor of mine always used to say that his dream is to go to Henry Bucks and drop $10,000 to tailor made some nice suits.  So the word "Henry Bucks" created a memory of classy gentlemen ware in my brain for many years.  My mother had a few major surgery and she was closed to death. The surgeon that saved her life is someone who my family and I are eternally grateful for. I wanted to get him a gift that can express our most sincere gratitude.  I didn't know what to get him but I remembered the word "Henry Bucks" which equates to class and style in my memory.  I looked up the online store and selected a few items on Thu evening and my order arrived on time on Monday afternoon!  I wrote in the order message that, I really admire, impressed by and appreciate all the wonderful items that are available online, but those 2 small gifts are all the I can afford at the moment with the current economic conditions.  The wonderful Henry Bucks team went out of their way to make this small gift look a million dollar! I am truly grateful for the exceptional service! I can't wait to gift this to the surgeon when we have Mum's review!  Thank you SO MUCH Henry Bucks team!

Excellent service from Justin that saw us buy two Barbour jackets. Typical Henry Bucks high quality of store layout and products and an excellent range, despite global supply chain issues. Justin knew the products, held out jackets while we went shopping and the whole experience was great.

I highly recommend Anton and his team at Henry Bucks at 320 Collins St, Melbourne. Anton's extensive knowledge of both in-house and external brands across their broad range of items, left a lasting impression on me and my experience was great thanks to his attentive recommendations. He took the time to ensure that each item I tried on met my specific criteria and his tasteful-eye elevated my experience reducing the effort for me and making it educational. I came away with a deeper understanding of the subject, which for me, is always the hallmark of excellent service. The Melbourne CBD or any of their stores shop didn’t sell what I was after, but staff gave me directions to another shop to try and helped find a few options online. This was great customer service. I’ll just have to find something they do sell next time.

I purchased a gorgeous laptop bag that I absolutely loved. About 6 weeks later, the shoulder strap ripped out of the bag on one side and part ripped on the other. I only had my laptop plus charger, iPad and a notebook in the bag so it wasn’t overloaded and I can only assume it was faulty stitching in this case. Since having no shoulder strap and carrying it by the handles, one side of the handles has now also started to rip, and if this fully rips it is basically unusable.  You can see from the photos attached that it is still in great condition as I only use it maybe once or twice a month when I’m travelling for work, so it's not from overuse either.  I contacted both the store where I purchased it Collins St and your main website to request a replacement for the faulty product, and never even got a message back.  Waste of $275 as now I have to buy a new one that actually works.

Large selection of mostly timeless formalwear geared towards older gentlemen. Although it’s not my thing personally, the staff were nevertheless very helpful. Maybe next time…

I visited your Melbourne shop yesterday. The tie boxes on the ground floor were only half full. The remaining ties, and the ties arranged on a table on the basement floor were all dowdy, I have to say. Surely HB can do better?

Great store for timeless quality garments. It was an absolute pleasure to be fitted here. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. Tailoring done withing a day, all around excellent job done A+++
