I had my rings stolen several years ago and was fortunate that a friend recommended me to Simon. My replacement engagement ring is everything I could wish for and more. Simon was amazing, providing advice, education and understanding through the whole process. The end result is that I have the most beautiful,  stunning engagement ring. Simon goes above and beyond for his customers. I cannot recommend Kush Diamonds enough. I contacted Simon with a sketch and a budget, he stayed back one night so my partner and myself could meet with him after work and discuss our options in regards to the best quality diamond  that would align with our budget. He honestly went over the aspects of the design with us and interjected ways he would improve it, in regards to both longevity and look. Trusting his genuine words and years of experience the final product is stunning and unique, it absolutely radiates his expert craftsmanship. Thank you so much Simon! My experience with Simon at Kush Diamonds was fantastic! As someone who didn't really know that much about diamonds, he was great at explaining all the information that my partner and I needed to make our choice. He was very flexible when it came to designing the perfect ring and we both thank him very much for his excellent service.

I went with my partner to add to my beautiful ring that Simon had made. Not only did he create my dream engagement ring, he actually improved the design I wanted. I trust Simon and everyone there with anything to do with diamonds or design aspects, they are really devoted and help you create exactly what you want. They are all so passionate and hardworking in what they do, you really feel like you are in safe hands! In addition, I had a special event I wanted to wear my ring to and they worked extra hard to finish it in a very short amount of time. Customising an engagement ring can be a challenging and time-consuming process, but Simon and Sabrina from Kush Diamonds did a wonderful job to make the process easy for me.  I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge from the initial meeting. They took the time to explain everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner - there was no spin or sales tactics, just solid advice.  They were also patient with me during the ring design process. I visited Simon on several occasions during this time to request tweaks to the initial design, and was well accommodated each time. My fiancée loves the final product!  Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I would recommend Kush Diamonds to anyone.
