I came here to get my cert III re-printed as I lost it. Casey was very accommodating and friendly. She save my life . It’s a big campus. I would recommended this to friends if they’d like to upgrade their degrees.
the front desk staff very let me disappointed. they have staff sitting on there desk ,don't care about the students waiting on there. I wish none have to experience same like me. yes the curly pony wear glasses lady I am talking about you. when student needs help you just don't want to do more customers service jobs.

I'm doing trade training. Standards are just as good as any other Tafe I've been to.
the Customer service is a broken system, you will waste your time, with those staff, they are not doing anything just sitting on there ,when you ask for help they don't care, I felt disappointed.and discriminate the lady wear glasses a curl hair.
I was enrolled here & it was terrible. I withdrew from my course & then months later I found out they never even took me out from the class! They stopped the payments & that was it.... The staff were extremely lazy & I will never be going back. I was handing in assessment & it was never marked. The teachers would often not turn up to class! Or they would just be late & then the students would be expected to stay waiting around for them. I highly suggest you don't enroll here.
This campus is very open and offers a great space for learning. Also with a canteen for any snack/drink requirements. Nothing out of the ordinary for a tafe just a great place to learn.
i paid $750 dollars to do a course admittedly this was years ago I did a full week of training and even organised a video lecture assessment tool i was required to have. After some time i contacted them and they told me i had not submitted enough course material to receive my VERY expensive certificate IV. This was my fault for not reading the 'small print' in the learning contract so I understand this, but truly i did feel the staff at Bald Hills Qld, TAFE just decided to use the "letter of the law" when they said i could "repay" for a new course and 'RPL' my learnings. Simply put it frequently and OFTEN takes MORE effort to prove RPL recognition of prior learning than to complete the actual course material again. Put another way it is like applying for a loan from a bank you MUST prove you do not NEED the loan to get it; this means you are able to fund the loan but are to human to wait to save up the money to buy whatever the loan is funding... Personally after i have had 3 or 4 worthless experiences with TAFE and their "qualifications" not being recognized i will never consider another TAFE course. Tafe is great for trash courses like hospitality and for practical courses like brick laying = a manual skill, but for a theoretical knowledge base or a "professional" 'qualification' anyone who seriously submitted a TAFE qualification I would consider highly questionable. I think the only way TAFE exists in the modern world is purely due to government funding, and i would have huge reservations about any certificates; why do i say this? i have seen many people gain TAFE qualification and been "told" they will need to complete 'additional' studies to be recognized... Who knows what modern TAFE is today; please shop and compare and understand exactly what you may receive at the end of all your hard learnings... good luck and please embrace the idea of life long learning, it is about the journey and improving yourself as a person and please carefully consider all your options before you jump with a cheap substandard course... Today is about following your dream...
Poor system in skills tech terrible food at the canteen and just all round lazy staff that aren’t prepared to make way for newer systems with greater efficiency. Awful!
whether its the network being as slow as a computer from the 90's or a teacher moving just as slow, I'm sure I could complete much more from home with ease.
