Accommodation acceptable and relaxing but house keeping duties needs attention left bed to see if it would be made but no only bed cover pulled up-messy. Stayed 3 nights but no basic cleaning at all done. Even though clean towels supplied each day there was no tea towels supplied unless requested along with tea bags. Lack of mirrors and hooks to hang clothes. Have stayed here twice with same results each time but handy to all venues. Please give alittle more attention to deal with house keeping.

DISGUSTING HOLE! We only stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the morning. We took photographic evidence and asked for a refund but manager refused, called me a bad customer, and hung up mid-conversation. Room stunk of fly spray when we arrived so they must have known. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable and I had to sleep on a rolled up towel!! Very unimpressed. Here is a photo of some of the bed bugs- all of which were in one spot BY MY PILLOW!!!!

We had a great time staying here. Kitchenette was very complete. The kettle was broken but we were quickly provided with another kettle. Very clean and staff were very friendly. The rooms were really comfortable and we were provided with plenty bedding. Will come back again!

Very clean and inviting place...no bugs no problems. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As you'll see from other reviews, the rooms could be cleaned to a higher standard. Additionally hiring someone who can understand or translate for the service staff would be a help.
